We are looking to fill 3 more bedrooms in our 5 bed, 3 bath house in the Applewood area in Golden, located at the base of South table mountain near many parks, trails, & resteraunts. Move in is available immediately. We have 3, 6, and 12 month leases. The streets are wide so street parking is plentiful.

• The room on the top floor is only $900 and will share a bath with one person. He’s an easy going guy that likes everything Colorado (skiing, hiking, biking) and has a chill, adorable mini Aussie. This room is available for 6 or 12 months.

• The huge furnished room in the basement has a bed, dresser, spacious closet, mini fridge, 2 end tables, a storage ottoman and floor lamp. It is available between now to 4/22/23. It is $950/month and will share the downstairs bathroom with one person.This is perfect for working professionals who travel frequently, visitors of the area, or people who want to explore the area before making a commitment.

• The 4th room in the basement is only $900/ month and is available now until 4/22/23. You will share the downstairs bath with 1 person.

We’re a 26 & 27 yo career oriented couple who like going out and hanging out with friends but also chilling at the house and watching Netflix. We have 2 friendly and very unique dogs (a Chihuahua & Border Heeler) who stick with us for the most part. We’re looking for clean, respectful and like minded people.
