Hi we have our 3rd upstairs bedroom available for rent in a beautiful home in a safe gated community with a pool and jacuzzi. The bedroom is currently furnished with a full-size bed, desk, and dresser. All utilities and hi speed wifi are included. The full size bathroom is shared with one person, we have a washer and dryer in the garage, and kitchen privileges are available. Some storage space is available in the garage if needed.

Full time working Mother and son looking for a person to rent our spare bedroom. We are busy and active and appreciate our quiet relaxing home on our time off. We have a small sweet senior dog who is outside most of the day. We are looking for one person please as the room isn’t extra large. No smoking please, absolutely no drugs.
