This is my home that I love, it’s a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home in the convenient area of Decatur, near most major highways; there’s a bus (Marta) right outside the front door that takes you directly downtown!

You’ll have a shared bathroom with my current tenant/roomie, fully functioning kitchen with washer and dryer unit! Large front and back yard. The rooms are furnished, so this works best for someone looking for a spot thats turn key sort of speak.

Additional information: If you have a dog, it must be trained and not an aggressive breed. Looking for singles and do not do group rent (two people paying one rent). I have a current tenant that is moving out in February when his condo is complete. I’m looking for two tenants once he leaves, so at this time we have one vacancy.

I’m a musician! A working artist that loves new people and experiences. I am easygoing, have two dogs and one cat. I have a roommate that also has two dogs (moves in the month of February.
