I’m looking for someone to take over my 1 Bed/1Bath in a 2bed/2bath apartment in Mid September. If you can sign the lease before I have to move, ill cover the remaining September rent. Located at the complex Hawthorne at the District in SouthEast Austin (Riverside/Oltorf) area. Its a great, quiet complex that I’m sad to leave, but I got an offer for a job out of state.

Rent is $638 plus water/electric. Washer & Dryer are included in unit! Complex has pool, onsite gym, dog park.

No Security Deposit is due, applicants just need to pay for the application fee.

Occupant of other room/bath is 26 year old female professional that works a lot. Ive lived with her the past two years and she’s very chill, laid-back, clean, respectful and keeps to herself. Looking for her future roommate to be clean, respectful as well.
