I am a quiet and peacefull gentleman, I am busy all day and enjoy the apartment and location where I am at. I don’t smoke, party or do any type of drugs. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and professional.

I have a 2/2 apartment in Brickell and have a private bedroom with private bathroom (bathroom in hallway) The room comes furnished. The person who moves in will have 1 parking space, access to all amenities such as the pool, business center, game room etc, the metro mover is very close and you can move around brickell very easily. In order to move in, you will need 3 months (first month, last month and security) and a background check fee.
