About the room
Address: 2228 Canyon Boulevard, APT 3W, Boulder, CO - 80302. The flat has 3 rooms and I currently occupy one of them.
Requirements: Looking for a female flatmate to occupy a room here starting from mid Jan, till 30th July 2023.
Room info: it’s the upper right room, which is very spacious with dimensions of 11’5’’ x 13’. The room also has a walk in closet.
Cost of Rent and Utilities: Rent is 850 dollars per month, with an additional 100 dollars for utilities, trash disposal, electricity and internet(Xfinity) included.
Currently 2 other girls from India, doing their masters, are occupying the other 2 rooms.
You also have a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, oven and a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can also find in-house laundry facilities downstairs, with a washer and a dryer. It’s 0.75 dollar per load for washer and 1 dollar per load for the dryer.
About the roomies
There are 2 other girls living in the apartment who are dog friendly their Masters at UC Boulder.
