Private, Furnished room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (1 room available, Master $1200 a month) on 3 lovely acres in Columbia. 20-30 minute drive to the GM plant, city of Franklin and Nashville. Nice, big primary bedroom, own bathroom, dbl sink. King bed, dresser and mini fridge included in room. Full access to living room, dining room, laundry, and patio. All rooms have your own tv, & another in living room. All utilities/internet are included and paid for. Your own covered parking area is also included. You will go thru property managers which will include a background check through our company.

Currently, three male, full time, blue collar workers, working early hours. Family type roommates living out of area/state for work. Looking for the same type of roommate, longer stays preferred, such as traveling nurses, union workers (or the like) on location for a work assignment. Rent is week to week with security deposit of $200 including all utilities and cleaning of shared living areas. Private locks on each bedroom door with digital entry to the home. One available at the moment.
