3rd floor bedroom with shared bathroom and closet available in brand new home in OC, only a few blocks from DTSA and close to Tustin. This is brand new construction, and the community is still selling the remaining phases. There are model homes with our exact plan within the community.

Please excuse the items that you see in the photos. I’m currently using this room as my office and will be moving everything from there to the master bedroom. The only exception is the brand new wall-mounted TV that I will be leaving to the next person! I do have a kitten that is very friendly. If you are allergic, please don’t worry as he’s a Bengal and hypoallergenic. Since I already have a pet in the household, I prefer to not have any more pets in the house. The living room is fully furnished with brand new furniture and all the appliances are also brand new. This room will also come with a personal garage spot.

The other person you will be sharing the bathroom with is either rarely home or always traveling 50% of the month or more.

No smoking, and no couples please.
