I am looking for ONLY ONE roommate - mature, employed/student, respectful, AND CLEAN, starting with washing your hands when you come home :) I’m sorry to all who read this and think this is an insane comment; I will insist on it. This furnished room has a 32-inch flat TV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom inside. It would be a share of a 2b2b apartment that I own. The monthly price includes all utilities plus the cleaning lady. You should be OK with dogs. I have a small female Goldendoodle who is cute as a button. She doesn’t go to the roommate’s room but will ask for some love when you come home. I supply all the dishes and, if you need, blankets, pillows, bedding, and towels… It is a 24/7 locked building. Laundry is on the premises. No smoking. Municipal parking is 5 minutes from the building and has a short waitlist. It would cost around $200 per quarter. Available now-move-in dates are somewhat flexible. Background checks and references are a must. The nonrefundable fee for a background check is $50, plus a Security Deposit (90% refundable), plus one month’s rent to move in.

I, the owner of the apartment, work a lot, and some of that is from home. Would be happy to provide references about me as the landlady from my previous roommates.
