I am looking for ONLY ONE roommate - mature, employed/student, respectful, AND CLEAN starting with washing your hands when you come home :) My apology to all who read this and think this is an insane comment but I will insist on it. The room is furnished with 32-inch flat TV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom inside. It would be a share of 2b2b apartment that I own. Price includes all utilities, plus cleaning lady monthly. You should be OK with dogs. I have a small female goldendoodle cute like a button. She doesn’t go to the roommate’s room but will ask a little love when you come home. I supply all the dishes and if you need, blankets, pillows bedding, and towels… It is 24/7 locked building. Laundry is on the premises. No smoking. Municipal parking is 5 minutes from the building and has a short waitlist. It would cost around $200 per quarter. Available at the end of May 2024 - dates move in somewhat flexible. Background checks and references are a must. Nonrefundable fee for background check $50 Security plus 1 month rent to move in - 90% refundable. For the right fit and the long contract there can be a little space for negotiation about the rent amount.

I, the owner of the apartment, work a lot, and some of that is from home. Would be happy to provide references about me as the landlady from my previous roommates.
