Twin day bed included but can be rented unfurnished! Room is just shy of 200 sq. ft (not including bathroom). Entire house is 1405 sq. ft. Female roommate or LGBTQ+ preferred. We’re very clean and keep to ourselves. We do have one friendly but bigger dog so I’m not accepting tenants with pets at this time. Rent includes utilities (wifi, power, water, trash, gas and security). Washer and Dryer available to use. There is a half bath in the communal area. House is walking distance from Marta bus and train station West Lake. 6 minute drive to Slutty Vegan Westview and Kroger. 8 minute drive from Mercedes Benz stadium. Available right away. First months rent and deposit of $1000 due upfront. Term of rental is negotiable. Background and credit check are required.

I’m 34 years old and live here with my mom who’s 54. The shared bathroom would be with her. We both work remotely and typically in and out of the house most days. I’ve been living in Atlanta for about 10 years and just bought this house back in August of this year. I’m a yogi, have a small but fierce community in Atlanta and love being active and hosting small gatherings. I’m honest and respect open communication especially with my roommates.
