2/2.5 Quiet complex on the Southwest side. Private unfurnished room and full bath on the opposite side of the other bedroom. 1/2 bath downstairs. Has W/D hookups but I go to the laundromat. Small private fenced in patio. Reserved parking space in front of front door. Utilities split between the both of us.

I’ve been here in Lubbock for 6 months. I have no family and no friends out here. I go to work, go to the gym and go home. But I’m a social butterfly who likes to go out and meet people and have fun so being here has been very different for me. I am only staying for the remainder of my lease which is June and then I will be moving back to the West Coast. Looking for a mature roommate who works full time. I’m fine living by myself but I can save money having a responsible roommate to make my move in 6 months more affordable. I don’t mind smoking it just has to be outdoors. Also no pets. I’m simple, clean, I’m usually very decorative but my time here is temporary so my townhouse is pretty basic.
