We have a secluded one acre lot in Ocean View with an off grid home and catchment tank water. The bunkhouse is spacious room with a vaulted ceiling and separate entrance.
About the roomies
I live alone, but my son caretakes my property. So he is in and out almost every day. I am a sailing instructor on Hilo Bay, and I am gone 3-5 days a week. When I am home, I am usually catching up on chores and headed to the beach to swim and paddle. I mostly keep to myself, but I enjoy company and talking story.
