It’s a 2 bed 2 bath, I’m in the master. Fully furnished, smaller kitchen but has everything you need. Laundry in unit but it’s $3.00 per wash and dry so $1.50 each. We pay electric and internet. Electric varies. Internet is pretty standard.

It’s currently just my dog and I. She’s a 9 year old beagle sweet as can be. I provide all my own things. Only thing I ask from a roommate is keep things clean, help with my dog if I ask which is rare and only to let her out potty if I’m gone for a long time, and pay your portion on time.
