West Gordon Street

Fenced in backyard, less than a 5 min drive from campus. Close to the mall. Nice sized bedrooms. Bills are not included but will just be split evenly. Relatively quiet neighborhood, minus the train every couple of hours. There are two bedrooms to choose from both the same size but one has bay windows and a smaller closet and the other has a walk-in closet.

It’s currently just me in the house, it’s a 3 bed 2 bath. I do have a cat and dog, so please keep that in mind. Both are friendly with other animals. I’m not real particular just clean up after yourself. The living room and kitchen are both pretty much fully furnished but feel free to add some of your personality and style in there too!
