Velena's room

New build house. In a nice part of town with lots of restaurants. The private room is spacious with a private bathroom. All bills/utilities & fiber internet are included, once a month we have a cleaner come out to clean shared areas and bathrooms. We have a brand new backyard that was just installed with astroturf and glass fire pit entertainment area. Our house is 15 minutes away from airport/strip. We have a gym less then a mile away. Lots of shopping opportunities near by.

Hi! My name is Velena, I live with my boyfriend (Chandler) and our friend (Justin). The house is 6 bedrooms and 3 bath. We are 23-28 years old. On Saturdays we invite our friends to have board games/movies/small backyard parties (generally quiet past 10-11pm). We often watch basketball games and occasionally go out to different places to eat together.
