My roommate and I have 2 rooms for rent. For a unfurnished room it would be 500 for a furnished room it would be 700. We have dogs so must be Dog friendly. Also if you have a dog you can bring them they just have to be friendly around other dogs and not Over 75 lbs. Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Large fence in backyard. On-site mail box.
