The home is a 1,360 sq. ft. three-bedroom, two-full-bath, open-concept single-family residence situated in a quiet, clean, and established neighborhood. It’s ideal for temporary assignments, military personnel, and traveling nurses who prefer not to sign a long‑term contract. Full‑time students are also considered. You will have your own freshly painted, private, furnished bedroom, an updated full bathroom, and full access to the property’s common areas. The home features a 400 sq. ft. outdoor space, complete with a gazebo, a Pit Boss smoker, and a charcoal BBQ. The outdoor area is equipped with security cameras. Utilities are included, along with Wi‑Fi and monthly pest control.

With a heavy heart, we have made the decision not to allow pets. If you feel you have a special circumstance, please let us know.

I have been renting space for six years and have had positive experiences with everyone.
