About the room
Hello, FEMALE STUDENTS ONLY - SAFE ENVIRONMENT. The house is conveniently located 1 mile near the UTD campus - it takes about 30 minutes to walk to campus, 10 minutes by bike. The room for rent is fully furnished and ready to go. The upstairs portion of the house is where the bedrooms are located. However you can access the whole house - 2 living areas, kitchen, laundry room, pool. There is 1 Full bathroom upstairs that is shared with the 2 other female UTD students. Full kitchen Swimming pool. We have one student that has been with us for 5 years now. We are looking for Female UTD students only - Your only payment outside of rent is 20% of the monthly electric bill. We have been renting to UTD students since 2014 and thus we take your security and privacy very seriously.
About the roomies
2 Current UTD Students living here presently. The environment is quiet for the student life. They are very quiet and easy to be around.
