Located in Garden Lakes by the big lake. Very nice location with lake in backyard. Large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The room for rent is located on first floor by the front door, while my room is upstairs. Great privacy. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Includes washer and dryer.

I’m 23 in school and also work on the weekends. I have 2 small dogs that are my world. I prefer to not have other animals join us, but I could possibly make exceptions depending on the nature of the pet. I’m very friendly and outgoing. Our house will not be the party place, but I am open to you having guest at your leisure, as long as it’s not disturbing the peace. I would like the same in return. I’m looking for a mature and responsible woman to room with me that understands respect and boundaries.
