Mc Guinness Street

I live in a 2 family apartment on the 2nd floor and am looking to rent the 2nd bedroom. The room is a decent size for a bedroom and is carpeted with a ceiling fan. It has a closet and 2 windows. I have a tv and stand, a dresser and queen size bed in the room. The house is on a pretty quiet street off of a main road. There is a full size attic so plenty of room for storage if needed. There are 2 porches, one enclosed and one open and ceiling fans in every room. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.

I am 46yo and gay and I currently live in the apartment by myself. I’m fairly quiet and laid back and am looking for someone similar. I would like to find someone who might want to develop a friendship. I am into fitness, games, hiking, and tv/movies. I would like to start a weekly game night and it would be nice if you were interested in that. I do have 2 cats about 10 years old and very friendly. Because of that I don’t think adding any more pets would be a good idea but I’m willing to discuss it. I work in retail management and so I get up at 4am everyday. I would need to be in bed around 10 so I would need quiet after that. Lastly the things I would be looking for is someone with a steady job, and someone that is clean and will respect the apartment and my cats. Other than that I’m very easy to get along with.
