Looking for a roommate to rent bedroom in our clean, comfortable, quiet New Brighton home.

Room dimensions are 9’ x 12’ with a large closet for $850 per month, all included.

Utilities included: electricity, gas, internet, garbage, water, and recycling. Furnished or unfurnished options available. Shared spaces include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room, as well as some storage space in the garage. Bathroom upstairs is shared with one other person. Parking is shared in the garage and on the driveway. We also have a big deck (great for BBQ’s in the spring-summer!), and a good-sized backyard with room to play croquet or have a small garden. Right across the street there’s a huge park with trails for running, tennis courts, and disc-golf. Less than 1 mile to 694, and just over 1 mile to 35W, and all necessities are within a 2-mile radius - grocery stores, coffee shops, fast food, gyms, etc. Lease is 6 months. A security deposit of one month’s rent is due at the time of signing the lease. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Must pass a background check. Also no couples.

You’ll be living upstairs with a 30-year-old male who co-owns the house. He works fulltime, plays soccer when it’s warm, and is super easy-going, clean, and responsible. Downstairs (where laundry is located) is occupied by a couple in their 50’s who both work full time. Everyone in the house is currently bilingual in English and Spanish.

We are looking for a tenant who is tidy, responsible, and who can continue our positive household dynamic, ideally a young professional or grad student.
