Recently renovated studio with brand new bathroom attached to a ranch home currently being partially renovated, you will have your own entrance accessible from the backyard and there is a pathway that leads from the driveway, feel free to take load off on the Adirondack chairs! Off street parking on premises, w/d in main home available by request, brand new appliances (fridge and smart stove), rent includes heat, electric, plumbing/sewage & internet but willing to take portion off rent if willing to pay for own internet service since you will be sharing the router from the main house. Couples accepted! Room available preferably 3/1/23 but can rent sooner if necessary.

Great location! Less than 5 minute walk to Greene’s Beans (my favorite coffee spot in town), 10 minute walk to downtown with state renown breweries (Czigmeister & Manskirt) as well as great restaurants/bars (Marleys, Bea McNallys, James on Main) in addition to the NJ Transit to NYC/Hoboken only 15 minutes walking distance. For all students, Centenary University is a 20 minute walk and less than 5 minute drive away.

Late 20s laid back and quiet male recently moved into Hackettstown and working on building a better home for himself and eventually his loved ones as well!
