Newtown Crossing is great for students it’s walking distance from UK campus. You have a 24/7 gym and academic study area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and you share the common spaces (kitchen, living room and laundry room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, dresser, and attached bathroom. The $655 a month includes internet but you do have to pay electric every month which is split with the other roommates. It’s usually no more than $50 each.

I live with 2 other minority college students. I recently graduated and trying to find someone to take over my lease :) The lease ends July 31st.
