I’m looking for one (possibly 2) person to lease a bedroom/both bedrooms of my apartment. The monthly rent payment will be right around $600 If you opt for the indoor parking pass. Water and internet are included in the rent, electricity is not. It’s located on the first floor of Urban Exchange. The common areas are already furnished and I have a fair amount of kitchenware. It’s a two bedroom one bath, with the toilet and shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. The apartment has two balconies one of which is off of the master bedroom the other is off of the living room. Urban Exchange is a party free environment so if you’re looking for a quiet space to stay, this is a great option.
