YOUR ROOM: Spacious and light-filled large private room with en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage, 12“ x 14.“ Partially furnished with a king size mattress, sheets and bedding. Ready for your move in!

THE CONDO: The condo has fully-equipped kitchens, high ceilings, spacious closets and much more. It’s a large and airy 1,100 sq ft 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with fully refurnished and upgraded with open plan kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and large balcony. It’s a beautiful apartment, but we are often not there and hence looking to share this with someone.

THE COMMUNITY: Nestled in the center of Costa Mesa, the condo is in a prime location across the street from Segerstrom Center for the Arts, ample shopping and dining options at South Coast Plaza, and just 5 minutes from the John Wayne Airport. The community is beautiful and luxurious, with large saltwater lagoon pools, outdoor firepits and barbecue lounges, and a 15,000 square foot fitness center including a rock climbing gym and movie screening theater. The community is non smoking.

PARKING, DOGS, UTILITIES: A choice of parking is available on site, and dogs are also welcome with an additional rent (the community has an incredible dog park but asks for a deposit and additional rent for pets). Utilities and bills all included.

We are an European married LGBT couple in our late 20s / early 30s; I work in technology and my partner is a full-time athlete. We travel a lot, train a lot and also like to cook. We are often not at home! We are happy people who appreciate a happy life. We do not drink, smoke or have any pets.

We are looking for someone who is quiet, tidy, respectful and communally minded, i.e. prioritizes the home and all of us, rather than just themselves. Preferable: a professional with a healthy lifestyle, also non smoking.

Although we don’t have pets, we do love dogs and would welcome someone with a dog! We are also open to a couple, but it would depend on the situation and would likely be at a higher rent.

$1,800 is for a 3-6 month term, $1,900 for month to month.
