It’s a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with a giiiiiaaant yard! House is fully furnished except for the two spare rooms. I thought we could do 50/50 and someone could have the 2 extra rooms. 2 car garage and plenty of space. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a gorgeous walk in shower.

I am a psychiatric assistant and work federal and am typically at work or the gym. I am 22 years old with 2 cats in the home. I would love to have someone move into the house with me but need to know as soon as possible. I love two stepping and hiking and want a roommate I can be friends with. I’m quiet and very neat so I’m looking for someone to match my energy and vibe with. We can negotiate the security deposit but it is $2,000 for the house.
