Warren Parkway

The room is great! In my two years of living here, I’ve never had any issues with amenities or management. Whenever something needs repairs, the workers typically show up that day. It’s nearby several complexes of shops and directly across the street from a Target and a gym. The bathroom and closet space is nice, and I’ll be leaving behind a bedframe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair.

The lease is also highly flexible, as I’ll be moving and passing my part of the lease on to the next tenant, meaning the option to renew or break will be in 6 months as opposed to a year without the high price of a 6 month lease.

The only other person living in the property is a guy named Max. He’s incredibly friendly and excellent about housework, though he typically keeps to himself. He has a cute little old dog named Sam.
