About the room
This is a beautiful apartment complex in West LA, right off of Santa Monica Blvd. Amazing, safe neighborhood, with a park walking distance. Grocery stores like Target, Trader Joe’s, Ralphs are also walking distance with all kinds of coffee shops, taco trucks, and more food around!
You would have your own room and bathroom! Kitchen and living room is a shared space. There is a tandem parking spot that we will share. This hasn’t really been an issue with previous roommates - we’ll figure out a system that works for us! Close to SMC, UCLA, and Pepperdine WLA campus! Also near LAX!
About the roomies
It’s a 2 bed/2 bath unit, so the only other person there is me! I’m super friendly and love meeting new people! I’m a grad student studying clinical psychology. I have a pretty active schedule and take evening classes, so I won’t be around too much! I enjoy movie nights, hiking, cooking, and baking with friends (which we’ll hopefully be as roommates!!)
