About the room
This apartment is in the arbors club. I am looking to leave my lease and needing to fill it. If you accept I can to sign off my lease and you will habe to apply per the standards of the apartment complex. They have their own background checks and such. I pay $800 a month. The water is included, but electric and internet is in separate. My internet is coming with me. It has a small bathroom with sink, tub/shower, cabinet and mirror wall cabinet. It has a decent walk in closet.
About the roomies
I have two roommates. They are a couple. They have three cats so if you have any cats I wouldn’t recommend. They are lgbtqia+ and very open. They are nice.
