Hi everyone! I have a room open in my house that I rent here in NOHO North Hollywood Arts District on the border of Burbank (my friend I used to work with owns the house and they are the BEST landlords. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and would love to find my next awesome roommate to share the house with! I have a separate living room plus Den there’s lots of space to share .we would have to share the bathroom but we’ll get used to each other after awhile :) Huge backyard ,Washer and dryer in the garage ,central air and heat . Plenty of parking , Room comes unfurnished. it’s a cute room. I Have a BOSCH oven in the kitchen if you like to bake , AMAZING oven everything comes out perfect every time . Rent is $1,350 and half the utilities , MUST be fully employed upon moving in -room rental agreement - Renters application - About me -i’m an LA Native! I work as a Hairstylist and part time at a Contemporary design Prop House for the tv and film industry. I have a small dog named Albus who’ is 3 years old he’s a good boy and he loves other dogs. small dogs only under 25 lbs is ok its a great house for a dog and trust me I know how hard it is to find a place in LA that allows pets. I would consider myself to be a mindful person -Im in my 40s and I think i’m really easy to live with . I’m easy going so do your thing , Be you ! Settle in and be home and be comfortable in your new home and I’m so very thankful to live In this house . I’m hoping to find someone who wants to stay awhile and not a short term rental . Lease is month to month because I wouldnt want anyone stuck in a lease if you’re not happy living here but I think you will be ! Im looking forward to meeting some of you ,I love living here (it’s such a cool house) and I hope you will too!

Just me and Albus . we would love another roommate dog but you don’t have to have pets to live here :)
