The home is conveniently located approximately five minutes from interstate 79 (Bridgeville exit) and route 19, and less than 30 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh International Airport, Robinson Township, and Washington, PA: approximately 15 minutes from Southpointe, Upper St. Clair and Mt. Lebanon.

Rent includes private use of furnished bedroom and bathroom and all utilities including wi-fi, Youtube TV, and shared use of washer and dryer.

Requirements include a respectable background check ($40) and monthly income of at least $3300. First month’s rent and a security deposit of $1100 are required to move in ($2200 total).
