hello! this is a 2 bed 2 bath house and my bf and i are looking for a roommate to fill in the 2nd room which is also the master bedroom. laundry and dryer in unit, backyard, 10 min walk to campus, and you get your own restroom. total rent is $1301 but the room is $434! students preferably and no pets!

we are both students and work part time! we have a pit bull that’s super friendly! we’re clean, like to keep to ourselves but enjoy going out and most of the time we are busy with school or work!
