It is within walking distance of All Bus lines in the city, Capitola Mall, Whole foods, CVS, New Leaf, ALL walking distance on 41st Ave. Easy bike routes going everywhere in Sta. Cruz. 10 min walk to Capitola Village, Less than 10 min walk to “The Hook Surf point”, at the end of 41st. ave, on East Cliff / Pleasure Point area.

You will be sharing the Apt. with a 56y old Male, divorced, and a 4-year-old Cat. I work in the medical field, for Inspire Diagnostics, doing Covid tests and vaccines.

I work every day, M-F, 8 to 5, or later. I am looking for somebody mature, Clean and Organized, That respects Diversity, All cultures & Sex orientations.

** 420 is OK, Social drinking OK **

Absolutely NO parties, NO guests ( Girl/Boyfriend one or two nights /week is OK ).
