Tynisha's room

Very spacious 5 bedroom beautiful house with pool, jacuzzi and nice size back yard. The property is located in a quiet community of homes. Parking will be on the street. Bathroom will be shared and bedroom is fairly large. The bedroom is located upstairs where there’s carpet and I ask for shoes to be taken off at the stairs and no eating upstairs. Currently there is a small bed and dresser in the room but I can remove them per request. I also ask for the kitchen to be cleaned immediately after use and no over night guest or pets thank you. Responsible behavior is a must, no drinking or smoking or illegal drugs as children are in the home. A car is needed for transportation as the stores are not with in walking distance. But the shopping centers with Walmart and the grocery store is about 2 miles away.

I have 2 children one boy 22yrs old and a daughter who is 12 years old. My son is in and out of the house and he likes to be in the loft to play on his gaming computer. My daughter likes to either be in my room or her room on her tablet or phone playing Roblox. Both my children are respectful. I have a job that requires me to be out most of the day how ever I do like to enjoy my off days at home.
