This property is located near the intersection of University Drive & Commercial Blvd, minutes from the Broward Mall & Coral Square Mall. There are several parks nearby. The property has a minimalist gym, pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts. The room is furnished with a wall-mounted Samsung SmartTV and a full size bed, that can be removed if you prefer.

My roommate’s last day is Wed Jan 18th - I’ll post pictures as soon as she leaves :). I am the only person living here. I very rarely have overnight guests. I do entertain occasionally on the weekends, like 10+ people. I don’t have pets. I love dogs and sorta kinda have slight fear of full grown cats but not kittens. There will be an additional $50 per month charged to the rent for pets to cover additional cleaning & deodorization costs.
