Though I’ll also consider other cases, I will prioritize full time college student. I was full time college student while working a part time job myself, so I understand the struggle they have to get through. Hence, the price is cheap, with all utilities included.

Note: the room is a game room converted into a bedroom, so it does not have window or closet, but it’s roomy enough for 1 person for sure and equipped with shelfs. You’ll share 1.5 bathroom with other roommates. So if you’re someone just need a room and a minimalistic person, you won’t have any problem with it. All utilities and 1Gbps internet included.

The house located 5 mins drive from a fitness center, and short travel to restaurants, groceries stores so you can also save on gas.

Your roommates except me and 1 other guy, are college students. Most of the time, they’ll just be in their room, minding their own business, so not much small talks or socializing. One of the guys plays video game loud sometimes, but nothing a bit of communication cannot solve.
