Private rooms with shared bathroom in a calm, low-noise house with yard available to rent in prime location. Be downtown, at Boise State or the airport in 10-12 minutes from your peaceful room in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Winstead Park (west Boise).

Utilities are included in the rent.

Internet is not included but is provided for an additional small charge. The roof, washer, and dryer are new, and the living room and dining room are basically furnished. Bedrooms are unfurnished. Laundry, living room, and kitchen are shared between all tenants.

This space includes a bathroom shared with one other tenant. Each bedroom has its own lease through October 31, 2026.

Landlords are local and attentive.

In order to show the house, confirmation of income is required (2 most recent pay stubs) along with previous landlord reference. Respectful care of the house is expected. No illegal activity of any kind, including underage drinking, is allowed. No smoking, including vaping, in house or on property.

All current housemates are working young adults. Responsible, attentive landlords live on site.
