House located minutes from Volkswagen & Amazon. Quiet neighborhood near interstate 75 exit. Conveniently situated between Hamilton Place and Downtown Ooltewah.

Large covered porch with bar and gas grill, shared kitchen, dining room and living room. Finished basement used as second living room for added space and privacy. Off street parking available. There is a washer/dryer available and plenty of storage space.

Bathroom is not attached to bedroom but will be mostly private as I have the master bathroom.

1 year lease agreement and background check required.

I’m a 39-year-old woman, tidy, clean, and will respect personal space as well as quiet hours. I work 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday so I’m in bed at a reasonable time. Most of my free time is spent out with friends, but when I’m home I love watching movies, reading, or cooking.

Vaping is allowed in the house but not cigarettes. 420 friendly. I have two dogs that are very friendly. One additional dog is allowed with a $300 pet fee.
