About the room
Hi! I’m graduating in December and I’m looking for someone to take over lease from January-July.
House has 7 total bedrooms other 6 are occupied and 3 bathrooms, private upstairs room available or there’s an option to switch with roommate downstairs for a more private but smaller room downstairs.
Rent/room includes:
- Laundry
- Covered parking
- social atmosphere but quiet and respectful
- full kitchen appliances
- fully furnished home
- option for fully furnished room
- decent size backyard and front yard
- good closet space
Zipply fiber was just included so very good wifi available but cost is not included in rent.
Super close walk to campus and downtown and being right on Greek row makes it a prime location.

About the roomies
Roommates are very friendly and social but more importantly super respectful of privacy if desired. All full time students graduating in May. Most enjoy hobbies such as basketball, going to gym, snowboarding/skiing, gaming, or just watching shows together.
