Dago's room

Hey everyone! I’ve got an extra room in a 3bed 2.5bath house in Round Rock, Tx. This would be a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. The place is very spacious, and it’s been recently renovated by the landlord.

The cost for the room is $900/month+utilities.

The lease is from Feb 1st 2024 to Jan 1st 2025. (Open for discussion, please let me know what you’re looking for.)

The house is located in the Brushy creek area Fern Bluff subdivision 20 min drive to the domain and 30 min drive to downtown Austin. There’s parks, pools, and hiking trails within walking distance or 5 min drive.

We are open and welcoming when it comes to meeting new people.

~About the roommates~ Dago: 28yo male Civil Engineer that’s eager to take on new challenges every given situation. I’m always looking into learning new stuff, and applying that knowledge in my day-to-day life as well as other situations.

I like music (piano, guitar & violin available in the house), the outdoors, cooking, experiencing new cultures, and new foods (specially new foods lol).
