House share in Concord renting a JADU unit, 1 bedroom with closet, kitchenette (microwave, induction stovetop, sink, small refridgerator) and private full bathroom on 1st floor with a separate entrance (could be one person or two people living in this space).

Common areas (living room and full kitchen/dining area) would be shared with other housemates (potentially another 2-3 people would live in the house, 1 in a single downstairs bedroom with private bathroom, and 1-2 people upstairs in the house with 2 bedrooms and a private shared bath). House has a big backyard (fenced) and driveway/street/court parking available in nice residential area of Concord. House has solar and 220V EV charger; utilities (electricity and water) would be split amongst housemates. Trash and high speed internet would be provided/covered by homeowners. Partial furnishing is an option, if desired.

We are looking to rent out our house to some responsible folks who need temporary housing.
