Connyr's room

I purchased this home in February 2022 which was fully remodeled prior to purchase and located in Boynton Beach off Military & Gateway. I currently live with two other females that occupy two of the bedrooms upstairs (total of three bedrooms on second story). I work full time remotely for a software company which requires traveling the US periodically and I’m currently working on launching a photography business. The photos posted are from the original purchase, I’ve since then made this home very colorful lol I own a very adorable and loving husky named Teddy. Due to Teddy being very outgoing, our household will be much calmer without adding another pet at this time. There’s plenty of room in the garage (2 car garage) for extra storage and on a daily basis we’re usually very quiet and have active lives outside of work. We’re looking for someone who’s clean and easy going to rent our extra room (we have four rooms total, master on first floor) on the second story. House square feet is 2,058. Our backyard is large and fenced in for privacy and it overlooks a basketball court and tennis court across the street that has 24/7 access. The neighborhood offers a pool within walking distance and our new roommate will receive a key at no cost. All utilities (FPL, water, trash, cable, internet) are included in the rent.
