Common areas (living room and kitchen/dining area) would be shared with other housemates (potentially another 3 people would live in the house, 1 in a single master bedroom with private bathroom and kitchenette, and 1-2 on the 2nd story of the home in 2 bedrooms with a private bath). House has a big backyard (fenced) and driveway/street/court parking available in nice residential area of Concord. House has solar and 220V EV charger; utilities (electricity and water) would be split amongst housemates. Trash and high speed internet would be provided/covered by homeowners. Partial furnishing is an option, if desired.
