House share in Concord renting 1 bedroom with closet on 2nd floor with a shared bathroom in between the rooms (could be one person in the upstairs bedroom across the hall sharing the bathroom with you). This room faces court/front of home and has a large window and ceiling fan. Room has a window coverings and a 6-drawer dresser in it, but no other furniture.

Common areas (living room and kitchen/dining area) would be shared with other housemates (3 men living in the house already).

House has a big backyard (fenced) and driveway/street/court parking available in nice residential area of Concord. House has central heating/air conditioning. House also has solar and 220V EV charger; utilities (electricity and water) would be split amongst housemates (estimated $50/mo per room). Trash and high speed internet would be provided/covered by homeowners.

We are looking to rent the room out for the next few months to some responsible folks who need temporary housing. We may be selling the house in April/May and you would get 30-days notice to move out. If we don’t sell, the month-to-month lease could be extended. Basic rental application and reference check required (must have proof of income).

3 young men live in the other 3 rooms of the house and there is one small dog (malti-poo breed) who lives in the house (no new pets accepted at this time). All of the young men have daytime jobs and are home mostly in the evenings/weekends.
