Cute 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom house just a couple blocks from Alberta making it super walkable! You will have a choice between two rooms, the other one will be a shared office/storage space. There is a spacious fenced backyard with a patio and a hot tub as well.

I’m a 28 year old full time remote college student, and I also work 3 days a week outside of the home. This space is also shared with my 15 pound terrier who gets a long really well with all people, most cats and small dogs. Other pets will be considered if they are house trained, and get along with my pup. I would prefer a female roommate who values a clean living space, and is friendly but also appreciates their personal space at times. I’m friendly and can be very outgoing, but I am also an introvert who needs alone time to recharge as well. If you think you’d be a good match, let’s chat :)
