Looking for an easy going roommate to fill an open room in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms townhome. There are no other roommates, just me and my 1 dog. The house is fully furnished, all new appliances and washer/dryer in unit. The room is furnished currently, both open rooms are actually. Sewer and water will be included for utilities. We have all the extras you can think of including all kitchen appliances, a cute outside patio with a BBQ, air fryer, smart 80” tv etc. Parking etc.

Currently this townhome has no roomates besides myself. You would share the house with me and 1 dog. I am responsible and would enjoy to have someone who is like minded to share the space with. The room is private and bathroom is private less if we have a guest. All pricing is negotiable and can be discussed. I’m just looking for the right fit. Open to month to month or long term leasing as well.
