PETS NEGOTIABLE. 1st-floor private room and private bath in new Townhouse in Rocketts Landing - - just a few steps from the Capitol Trail, a mile from downtown RVA, and close to the GRTC bus line. With the room, you can access the 2 awesome pools in the summer and a year-round community gym. The room has SmartTV with AppleTV hook-up and log-in access to almost every streaming service (AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu Live w/o Ads, Prime Video, Max, AMC+, Paramount+, Disney+, ESPN+, etc.) The Room is fully furnished with a queen bed, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, and a reach-in closet with upper shelving. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower with a linen closet and we can provide the linens for both the bath and bed if needed. You will also have access to the kitchen, living room, and dining room. We also have a rooftop terrace with a natural gas grill for cooking and a natural gas fire pit with ample seating. All utilities included - gas, electricity, water/sewer, and trash.

Hi there - thanks for looking. I am Tricia and I live on the property with my husband Erik. We are originally from Michigan and moved to RVA in ’19. We had the house custom-built in ’21 and everything is new and mostly designer finishes. We are in our late 40s. Erik works from home and I am in the office 2-3 days a week and work from home the other days. We basically live on the 2nd floor and above. We do have 2 pups and a bird on the property - they are regulated to the 2nd floor and above unless going to do their business.
