I have a 3 bedroom house in Huntington Beach with garage, front and back yard. Also spa and fruit trees. 1 room with own bath $1550.00 2nd room shared bathroom $1400.00. Washer and Dry. If you have a dog, we can talk about it. I don’t have one but like dogs. I am easy going, clean and not around much. This is a friendly environment.

No one else living at the property. I travel a lot for work. I go to the gym, ride bikes, roller skate, go to the beach and to my friends. I am a clean professional and a fun person.
