This is a newly built (2023), 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms/1 half, townhouse that I purchased last year. I am currently staying in one of the bedrooms and using the 3rd as an office for myself. I am renting out the 2nd bedroom and you would have your own private bathroom. All Utilities , including electric, internet (300 mbps), water, would be included as part of the rent. At this time, I would prefer a roommate with no pets. The room is fully furnished with a brand new mattress, bedframe, and 42’ flatscreen TV on the wall. It also comes with a small dresser and a full size closet. The room has a space in the back of it to set up a small desk to work as well. Bonus, No need to have a gym membership, I just finished setting up a full cycle/work out room in the garage that I would be happy to let you use. Brand new pro form cycle bike and treadmill with ifit subscription are enabled on both. I also have a brand new Washer/Dryer that can be used. The location is only a minute away from Conestee Park and walking trails are currently being built to connect there. I am a male and looking for one roommate to share my townhouse with. I am only renting out one of the three bedrooms as I use the third for my home office as I WFH. In my spare time, I am usually at the gym, hiking or watching some football if it is Sunday from Sep-Jan. I do travel a lot so you would have the house to yourself many times throughout your stay here.
