Renting out a private bedroom and private bathroom at the Marc San Marcos. Shared Apartment with a couple in the master bedroom. Must stay 6 months minimum with potential option to renew lease* no pets

• two big pools and jacuzzis with gazebos
• gated community that required key fob for entry *two private gyms
• walking distance to Palomar college

Joey (31M) and Jordan (23F) will be sharing the other room. Joey works full time and Jordan works part time and is a part time student. We are looking for preferably one person but open to a couple. We are very clean, quiet, and at work a lot. We both work a variety of hours. Not super fond of pets, but may be flexible for a well trained dog.
